      • Renter will be charged for any Damage incurred.

      • Payment Due upon Reservation Confirmation
      • Responsible for Trash pickup or $50 Cleaning charge will apply
      •  Venmo, cash or check accepted
      • 3.5% Credit Card Service Charge. 
      • FREE DELIVERY within central MN area (Sauke Center / Melrose and St. Cloud / St. Joseph), Small delivery fee for distances over 30 miles. 
      • Single Day Rentals will incur a higher delivery/pickup fee.
